Secretaries are responsible for clerical and administrative duties. This includes tasks such as filing, faxing and organising meetings. Excellent time management skills are required to coordinate the employer’s schedule, as well as the job holder’s personal schedule. Core of a secretary duties include organising itineraries and booking travel arrangements. The also often conduct research, prepare reports and assist with presentations.
