Primary duties of a contract administrator include managing company contracts and conducting negotiations between a company and its business partners. Also required is the oversight of all legal documentation and ensuring that all clients properly follow each stipulation and annex. The inspection of the contract database may also be required, along with employing the appropriate use of technical language for each document.
