  Hello guys ! Next week I have about 5 interviews for Personal Support Worker positions and I’m really nervous. Have any of you ever worked as a psw? If so have you attended to various interviews? What are the main skills you should always mention in these kind of interviews?

    Hello I’m a psw , and yes I did a buch of interviews. I think the main thing is not to be nervous , I know that sound clichéish but think about it this way. You are going to work interacting with people you need to show them you are confident in what you are doing. I guess the main skills you should mention in an interview are those they can’t read in you cv , like… Proficient in oral communication, competency in working under pressure or knowledge of home care services.. Stuff that you think is important but it’s not necessarily mention in your cv. Hope this helped!
