It Sales

As It is an essential part of business, hardware and software products are regularly required by companies, creating the need for It salespersons. There are plenty of incentives to become part of an It sales team. While those in a small company might have to combine sound technical advice with a general all-round sales role, others working in large organizations will be expected to be technical experts, too.
On a daily basis, It salespersons need to determine what a client's business requirements are and whether or not the services or products being offered to them are suitable, answer any technical questions that might arise, and present their findings so that a technical team can immediately act upon them.
As over one million people work in the industry in Canada alone, the field of It sales is incredibly competitive. A median salary of around C
$30,000 can be expected, excluding bonuses and commissions, which are commonplace.
