  1)It would be helpful if the companies were required to state the wages offered instead of just saying comparable wages because I know personally that there is quite a difference in wages paid by different companies.
  2)In addition if instead of just saying a union plan after 3 mo. state what union they are using. If a person already has invested quite a bit of time in a unions pension plan they don't want to start another different plan.
  3) Many times it's stated what the company's name is but sometimes they don't. If I've already sent in a resume to that company I don't want to continue wasting my time resending resume's and filling out their forms.

    Nice point, but I think they don't specify salaries because if they have the opportunity to pay you less they will... I wish it was mandatory to indicate the salary.. and respect it later of course
