A human resources director must be highly organised with exceptional interpersonal skills. This person manages the department relating to employees and personnel of a company. The director of human resources is generally involved in creating policies, and is responsible for the hiring process. The job holder is usually the member of the management team, working with senior members of staff and HR assistants.
HR directors are in charge of delegating work and some of their down to lower team members.
