Assistant

Assistants are responsible for administrative and clerical tasks within the office environment. Employees need to have organisational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines. This job position requires the ability to follow instructions and attend to the needs of management.
Candidates should have excellent computer skills in order to perform tasks such as data entry and sending emails. Time management skills are also necessary to arrange schedules and travel itinerates.
Applicants need to display good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work as part of a team. This job position also calls for a good telephone manner, and applicants should be flexible in order to complete a range of tasks.
Core competencies are innovative thinking, research and analysis. Problem solving, planning and multi tasking skills are also essential. There are no educational requirements for this position, but vocational training or college courses are beneficial when applying for the job. Salaries are in the range of C
$40 000 per annum.
