High cost of Phone bills and Regulations Allote11 4-Dec-2016
I recently called Virgin Mobile CS to remove a feature in my plan while still maintaining the plan cost but I got a shocker when the lady I spoke with says my plan will be added $2.00 even for removing a feature. I was shocked. My discussion is "DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR REMOVING A FEATURE IN YOUR PLAN".
