Concierge
The front of house is often the key to making a good impression for a business, and the concierge is required to be attentive, to develop a strong rapport with clientele and to deliver prompt responses and information to customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in sales or face-to-face customer service. Previous experience in a concierge role, particularly in the VIP sector, is seen a good asset. Written and verbal communication must be of the highest quality and a university degree in business administration is seen as an asset. Computer program knowledge, such as MS Office, is a must, as is the ability to research the internet for answers and to ‘think on one's feet’.
