The job of accounting clerk is often regarded as an entry-level position and, dependent on the needs of the employer, can encompass various tasks from front-desk client services to back office calculations. The regular daily schedule will certainly include working with databases and bank accounts, as well as posting daily receipts and tallying deposits. Accounts receivable and payable duties and basic payroll tasks may also be involved.
